Airtel - Harassment for bill payment of Airtel Number

RESPECTED SIR/MAM MY NAME IS Nachiket padhi from badlapur maharastra . my airtel postpaid number is - 7219209154 I Am suffering very badly from Airtel Executives & Lawyer since last 8 months for Airltel postpaid bill & service payment. I have complained against excess bill for my number to Airtel executive & change the number to prepaid & they have suggested to pay the bill of amt 1200 out of bill amt 1700/-. I have made payment online & went to Airtel Gallary to change the number to Prepaid & they have told that there was an outstanding of Rs. 500/- So I have opposed to pay the bill as the number was suspended already before 8 months. After 3 months there was a call form Executive that there was an outstanding of Rs. 1798/-. how can it possible as the was the number was suspended before 8 months and also I have made payment of Rs. 1200/- before 3 months. After 3 months they have called from Advocate to pay the bill otherwise they will file the complaint in session court. Now a days they are also doing harassment for the same. I have made the payment of 1800/- & I have not getting the service of the number as the number is suspended already. so Who is the responsible for the same Harassment and extra payment done by me. I am getting badly harnessed & mentally torched since last 2 yrs against Airtel Executives and charged extra payment against my others 3 numbers of Airtel also as below: 9004109154 9960539154 9960329154 I am a middle class man. So I cant fight against this battle. So Kindly request you to take the action against this type of procedures & executives who are doing harassment to customers as like with me.
