Airtel - Delay in delivery of online purchase

Dear Sir, This is Tushar Kamble. I've recharged my wife mobile number which is 9960156770 of Rs. 300/- through online mode from home on 08-12-2016. I even have the transaction I.D. 161208445194, in which it is mentioned the transaction failed but the money was debited from my account. From airtel.in website. The payment was made through my Debit Card. I have put a complaint in the airtel gallery on 22-12-2016 at 04:28 p.m. And in airtel gallery they have even scanned my bank passbook and mailed it to there hub/main branch and the employee told me that whenever they will get time they will answer my query. And they will either credit the money in my account or will do the recharge on the same mobile number. As I wasn't satisfied by her answer, I've even called on the customer care number and the person told me that they will give me a call back on 26-12-2016 and will try to solve the problem. But on 26-12-2016, they have called my wife back and said they haven't got any request on the issue, neither any payment was made of Rs.300/- on 08-12-2016. I have my bank passbook in which it is mentioned the money is debited and which is not credited back in my account until today. I've again called on customer care gallery on 28-12-2016 for solving the same query, but the airtel customer care again asked me to mail on there email-id the print of my bank passbook. Either I want my money back or the recharge, please help me in this issue. Please refer the attachment of my Passbook, as no money is credited in my account until today.
