
Act FiberNet - the customers are not responding properly
I am the customer of ACT FIBERNET from last 5 years. Previously if i got any difficult they will respond immediately. But now, if i am connecting through they are put me in hold then transfer the call to superior. but my problem is not resolved still. i am so disappointed with these people.
