Act FiberNet - Not refunding unused data balance

From last month there was a problem with the host of ACT for that we didn't get internet connection for around 1 week. But, we already paid for the whole month. Now, after requesting to their care they told the amount of Rs. 299 will be added to the next month as unused amount. Now, as they were unable to solve the host issue, they told that they will be raising a disconnect request which they raised and its disconnected. And when we raise a request for refunding the amount (as we are not using their connection this month) without even solving the issue they are closing the tickets multiple times. And their customer service is so poor that we can not connect to them and they are also not coming back to us. Its been more than one month. Please solve the issue ASAP. I am attaching the account details.
