Act FiberNet - Internet connectivity

Internet connectivity is out for past 5 days. No response from ACT other than sending bill for full. Month. Multiple complaints registered. Through app, mail customer care, SM. No accountability or responsibility. Have been waiting for many days to get it fixed. Their only response if I manage to get connected to CuStomer care after a long wait is it will get fixed.
