AMAZON - Phone not deliverd to my address even shown that phone have been deliverd
I booked phone moto g5s plus from amazon worth 15999 after that due to fall in rate of that phone i cancelled that phone by calling to amzon customer care as they give me suggestion that uf u wont want that phone then reffused it and finally it will be refund and amount will be credited to your account and today i got message that it have been delivered and it was not at that place where i ordered 1st other then that.i called amazon but they took no response on it rather blaming on courier team and not solve my problem even.so i want to file a case on amazon online shopping site .to refund my money and also i need compensation on it .hope gov.will take strict action on this event which have been taken to me .
