Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. - Product under warranty but not being attended to for last one month by mumbai service senter

I had purchased a 7 seater Veda sofa from the 402, M.G. road Ghitroni Delhi-110030 outlet on 13.12.2015. The stitches of this sofa is coming out and this is under the warranty period. I had lodged a complaint with the customer care vide complaint No- B0112146629 as the stitches of my seven seater soa was coming out and the product was under warranty. The service center kept me on hold for want of some documents that are internal to the company, I then provided all the documents what ever was being called for, Invoice , Order form, payment receipts. I then escalated to the customer care and i got an assuramce mail from Mrs. Shilpa Sawant, But there was no action even after this assurance mail. I have been following up since 1st of December 2016 and my complaint is not being attended to. Then i called up Mr. sanjay Pathak ( the service Manager, Godrej Interio, Mumbai) He is saying that the defect is due to 11 months of usage of the sofa. This is as stupid an excuse that you can get from a manager. Sofa is brought for usage, The warranty company provides is that there product will not wear or tear for a specified period.If there is a problem then it is the liability of the company to rectify it. I hold your esteemed organisation very high and that is why we as customers pay a premium while purchasing your goods, But this level of after sales service is very disappointing and frustrating. I have been following up on this for the last 22 days with calls almost every day to the outlet and service centers. Request you to please sort out your requirements internally and set right my sofas which is within the warranty period. Regards Rajesh Deo 9987118467
